The consent URL for the store this tenant already holds, for a reconnect after Shopify stopped accepting its token. Only the stored shop is ever used: the tenant cannot name another store here, and the caller must be allowed to manage this tenant's integrations. This replaces the anonymous /api/shopify/oauth/authorize, which took any tenant slug and any shop from anyone.
