Merrows API documentation
Merrows deploys AI agents for your business across phone, web chat, SMS, and email. They take orders, answer questions, and handle post-purchase support like order status, returns, exchanges, and subscriptions. This site documents the HTTP APIs you can build against.
The two APIs
| API | Base URL | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Edge API | https://api.merrows.ai | Conversations, transcripts, analytics, experiments, phone numbers, email and SMS templates, integration connections, text to speech |
| Auth API | https://auth.merrows.ai/api/v1 | Login, registration, MFA, token refresh, tenant membership, roles, permissions |
Most integrations only need the Edge API with an API key. The Auth API matters when you are building a user-facing surface that signs Merrows users in.

Every page on this site is also available as plain markdown, and the whole site is indexed in llms.txt. There is a hosted MCP server for agents at https://docs.merrows.ai/mcp. See AI tools.
