Your first request

This walkthrough lists your tenant's conversations. You need your tenant slug (visible in the portal URL) and an API key (how to create one).

Call the API​

A successful response is JSON with camelCase property names:

Things to know​

  • All request and response bodies are JSON. Responses use camelCase keys.
  • Route parameters like {tenantSlug} refer to your tenant's slug, not its display name.
  • A 401 means the credential is missing or invalid. A 403 means it is valid but scoped to a different tenant. See Errors.
